Introduction to Workplace Conflict Resolution Workshop

The Colorado State library is partnering with Pollock Peacebuilding to provide a two-part Introduction to Workplace Conflict Resolution Workshop, on February 4 & 5 from 10 AM – 12 PM.

Join us for an engaging workshop series designed to equip you with the skills and confidence needed to handle workplace conflict with poise and professionalism.

Through practical, hands-on learning, you’ll gain deeper insights into the underlying dynamics of workplace disagreements, understand your role in managing tough situations, and learn how to navigate challenging conversations with ease.

  • This workshop series is limited to 24 participants to ensure an interactive and engaging experience.
  • Due to anticipated demand, the workshop will be limited to 3 individuals per library organization. (We will maintain a wait list for cancellations).
  • To allow for open dialogue, the Zoom class will not be recorded.
  • The sessions are offered virtually via Zoom. To maximize your learning experience, please be prepared to join from your own device with reliable internet, audio, and video capabilities.

Registration is required! To register, please email Christine Kreger directly at kreger_c@cde.state.co.us.

To register, you must:

  • Be available for both workshop sessions.
