Colorado homebuyers and realtors looking for information on a property’s water provider now have a handy new tool. H2infO, a project of the Colorado Water Conservation Board and other partners, “connects residential home buyers/owners with their water providers and provides them useful links and public information including their rates, conservation plans and other information.”
To use H2infO, either type in a residential address or use the interactive map to select a location. Then, click “get report” to receive public data including the name and contact information for the property’s water provider; rates, fees, and plans; consumer confidence reports; and more.
