SB14-002, regarding the Safe2Tell program, is making its way through the Legislature. Safe2Tell is a service which teens can use to anonymously report threats to themselves, their school, or someone they know. Currently a 501c3 nonprofit, the Senate Bill will make the program part of the Colorado Attorney General’s Office and provide approximately $277,000 in state funding.
