Last week I described some of Colorado’s summer recreation opportunities, including Colorado State Parks. Well, yesterday, May 19, the Governor signed into law a new kind of Parks Pass – an “Aspen Leaf” lifetime pass for seniors. Giving seniors a lifetime pass, according to the bill sponsors, will allow senior citizens to keep active without having to continually re-purchase the pass.
